Julu Child Safety & Youth Protection Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Child Safety & Youth Protection Policy explains the standards and procedures used by Fancy LLC to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, endangerment, and other harm involving minors on Julu.
This Policy applies to all users, profiles, text, images, videos, live streams, chats, comments, memberships, digital goods, transactions, and other activity on or connected to Julu.
2. Adults-Only Service
Julu is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. A person under 18 may not register, access, or use Julu, even with parental or guardian permission.
Users must provide truthful age and identity information. We may request age or identity verification and may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably suspect that the user is under 18 or has misrepresented eligibility.
Julu is not designed for children and is not offered as a child-directed or family service.
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), child sexual exploitation and abuse (“CSEA”), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, and any attempt to normalize, facilitate, advertise, request, exchange, or profit from such conduct.
This prohibition applies to real, generated, altered, animated, illustrated, or otherwise synthetic material where prohibited by law or where the material sexualizes, exploits, depicts, or endangers a minor.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not use Julu to:
- create, upload, stream, send, store, request, trade, link to, or promote CSAM or CSEA content;
- groom, manipulate, coerce, threaten, blackmail, sexualize, or solicit a minor;
- seek sexual images, videos, live interaction, meetings, or personal information from a minor;
- facilitate child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or travel for the purpose of exploiting a minor;
- share identifying, location, school, contact, financial, health, or other sensitive information about a minor for abusive or exploitative purposes;
- depict or encourage dangerous challenges, self-harm, substance use, violence, or criminal conduct involving minors;
- impersonate a minor or misrepresent age to evade safety controls;
- attempt to move exploitative communications to another service; or
- help another person conceal, distribute, or profit from prohibited activity.
5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
Users should report suspected child exploitation, abuse, grooming, underage accounts, or other child-safety concerns immediately through available in-app reporting tools or by email.

A report should include, where safely available:
- the username, profile, content link, chat, live stream, or transaction involved;
- a concise description of the concern;
- the date and approximate time of the activity; and
- screenshots or other evidence, provided that the reporter does not download, reproduce, forward, or retain illegal material.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
6. Review, Removal, and Enforcement
We review child-safety reports as a priority. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or disable access to content without prior notice;
- interrupt or terminate a live stream;
- restrict messaging, discovery, monetization, or account access;
- suspend or permanently terminate accounts and associated accounts;
- freeze, withhold, reverse, or investigate related creator earnings where permitted by law and our Terms;
- preserve relevant account and technical records; and
- refer the matter to appropriate authorities or safety organizations.
We may use human moderation, automated detection, user reports, metadata, and trusted external signals to identify potential violations. We do not disclose operational details that could enable evasion.
8. User Safety Tools
Julu may provide tools that allow users to report content, report accounts, block users, restrict interactions, and manage profile or content visibility. Users should use these tools promptly when they encounter suspicious or harmful conduct.
No safety system can prevent every harmful interaction. Users should not share sensitive personal information, financial information, real-time location, government identification, or private contact details with unknown users.
9. Internal Training and Governance
Relevant personnel receive guidance regarding child-safety standards, escalation procedures, evidence handling, confidentiality, enforcement, and lawful reporting obligations.
We review our child-safety processes periodically and may update controls based on legal requirements, platform policies, product changes, threat patterns, and industry practices.
10. Evidence Handling and Privacy
Child-safety reports and related records are handled on a need-to-know basis and may be retained as necessary for safety investigations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, enforcement, and cooperation with competent authorities.
Reporters must not redistribute suspected illegal content. A URL, username, timestamp, or description is generally safer than saving or forwarding the material.
11. Appeals and Good-Faith Reports
A user whose account or content is restricted may request review by emailing contact@fancio.io. We may decline to provide details that could compromise safety methods, another person’s privacy, or an active investigation.
We prohibit retaliation against users who make good-faith safety reports. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in enforcement.
