From authentication providers: Google or Apple, when you choose social login.
From app stores: Apple or Google, regarding purchases, subscriptions, receipts, and refunds.
Automatically from your device: through the app and integrated analytics, attribution, diagnostics, and security SDKs.
From other users: when another user tags, mentions, communicates with, reports, or transacts with you.
From verification and compliance providers: where used for creator verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
4. How We Use Personal Information
provide, maintain, secure, and improve Julu;
create and administer accounts and authenticate logins;
confirm that users satisfy the 18+ eligibility requirement;
enable profiles, feeds, text, images, video, live streams, chat, memberships, digital goods, donations, tips, and one-time purchases;
process app-store transactions, entitlements, subscriptions, refunds, and creator payouts;
measure app performance, usage, installs, and acquisition channels;
detect crashes, bugs, security incidents, fraud, spam, and policy violations;
moderate content, investigate reports, enforce policies, and protect users;
communicate about accounts, purchases, safety, support, and material service changes;
comply with law, legal process, tax obligations, and regulatory requests;
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
We do not use personal information to deliver personalized third-party advertising. We may use AppsFlyer and similar technology to measure installs and campaign performance, but not to build profiles for personalized ads on Julu.
5. Legal Bases Where Required
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:
Contract: to provide Julu and paid features you request.
Legitimate interests: to secure, operate, improve, analyze, and protect the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent: where you provide consent for a specific activity or permission.
Legal obligations: to comply with law, tax, accounting, safety, and lawful requests.
Vital interests: to protect life, physical safety, or prevent imminent serious harm.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
service providers that host, analyze, secure, diagnose, authenticate, attribute, or support Julu;

8. Mobile Analytics, Identifiers, and Attribution
Julu is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies for its core app operation. The app and its SDKs may, however, use mobile identifiers, local storage, app-instance identifiers, IP addresses, event logs, and similar technologies.
Analytics and diagnostic technologies help us understand usage, identify errors, prevent abuse, measure install sources, and improve performance. Where an operating system requires permission to access an advertising identifier or tracking capability, we request permission as required.
You can manage permissions and certain identifier settings through your device settings. Restricting them may reduce measurement accuracy but will not prevent basic use of Julu unless a permission is essential to a selected feature.
9. Payments and Creator Payouts
Apple and Google process in-app payments. We generally do not receive your full payment-card number. We receive transaction records necessary to confirm purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlements.
For creator payouts, we collect identification and bank-account information. We may disclose this information to identity-verification, banking, tax, compliance, or payout providers where necessary to complete verification and payment.
10. Public Content, Live Streams, and Communications
Profile information and content you choose to publish may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature and your settings. Do not publish information you want to remain confidential.
Chats are intended for communication between users but are not guaranteed to be confidential. Recipients may copy or share messages, and we may access or preserve communications where reasonably necessary for moderation, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or safety.
Live streams may be observed, recorded by viewers, reported, or reviewed. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and environment do not disclose another person’s private information without authorization.
11. Retention
We generally retain account-related personal information for the duration of your account and for up to one year after account deletion or termination. We may retain specific records longer where reasonably necessary to:
comply with tax, accounting, financial, safety, or legal obligations;
process refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or creator payouts;
prevent fraud, abuse, repeat violations, or unauthorized account recreation;
preserve evidence, enforce agreements, or establish and defend legal claims; or
maintain secure backups until overwritten in the ordinary course.
Public content may remain visible if another user independently reposted or copied it. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained without a fixed period where it cannot reasonably identify you.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, vendor controls, and personnel confidentiality requirements.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
13. International Data Transfers
Fancy LLC is based in the United States and operates Julu globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country.
Where required, we use legally recognized transfer safeguards, contractual protections, or other lawful mechanisms for international transfers.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To submit a request, email contact@fancio.io. Include enough information for us to verify your identity and understand the request. We may request additional verification and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.
You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
15. United States State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, and appeal a denied request.
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed for business purposes the categories described in Section 2. We do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in those activities, Julu does not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control.
We may process information that applicable law treats as sensitive, such as account credentials, government identification, precise information submitted for verification, and financial-account information for payouts. We use such information only for permitted operational purposes such as authentication, account security, creator verification, fraud prevention, and payouts.
16. EEA, United Kingdom, and Similar Jurisdictions
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and receive portable data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
We may retain or continue processing information where permitted by law, including to comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or establish and defend legal claims.
17. Age Restriction and Children’s Privacy
Julu is strictly limited to users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create accounts.
If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, we may suspend the account and delete the information, subject to preservation required for safety, legal compliance, or investigation. Reports may be sent to contact@fancio.io.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through Julu, email, or another appropriate method. The effective date at the top shows when the Policy took effect.
